* Min University S1, Engineering Machinery / Industrial, Electric and Tehnik industrial (Must)
* Age Min 28 years old Max 43 years (Job: Manager)
* Age Min 24 years old Max 35 years (Job: Supervisor)
* Preferably an Experienced Process Production Electronic, Stamping, Printing and Assembling Automotive, Min 5 Years (Job: Manager) (Must)
* Preferably an Experience in their field Production Electronic, Stamping, Printing and Assembling Automotive, Plant Min 3 Years Experience in their field (Job: Supervisor) (Must)
* Preferably the understand-Management Planning and Inventory Control System
* Able to operate the program ERP, Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
* Fluent in verbal and written English, good communication skills (Must)
* Have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people
* Have good team working abilities
* He should have an aggressive, direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours
* Fresh Graduate are welcome (Lulusan 2010 – 2011)
