is a statutory body established in 2001 as a result of a merger of four entities engaged in the core business of Sierad Group. Four companies are PT.Anwar Sierad Tbk, PT.Sierad Produce Tbk, PT.Sierad Feedmill and PT.Sierad Grains. Their core business includes the production of animal feed and primary production, breeding and hatching, partnership, slaughterhouses and production of advanced and value-added chicken products, poultry equipment and fish meal production. The company, formerly named PT.Betara Darma Import Export, was established on September 6, 1985. The name that is now beginning to be used on December 27, 1996 in preparation for go-public on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
