Reporting to Call Center Supervisor, he / she will ensure customer service excellence to all customers and responsible for call centre operations, telephone order processing, and balance report.
Requirements:
* Male / Female, Nice voice, maximum 25 years old
* Diploma (D3) in any discipline
* Minimum 1 years working experience in service
* Accurate
* Excellent Customer Service
* Excellent communication & Administration skill
* A team player
Work Location : Jakarta
Employee Status : Contract
